The Deluxe One King Bed Room features an extra‑large double bed, sleeps two guests and can include a crib. It is air‑conditioned and equipped with a flat‑screen cable TV, minibar, tea and coffee maker, and an in‑room safe.
The rooms were large and good, and the food in the restaurant was tasty. The bar service was lacking; the waiter never approached the tables, took a long time to clear after guests, and you literally had to go and ask for a cocktail each time. Today there was no one at the restaurant or bar, so we had to go to the front desk and ask the manager to send someone. I wanted a coffee at 12 o’clock, and for a five‑star hotel that is unacceptable.

The hotel had been renovated and is a very nice place with good facilities. The surroundings are not the best for walking.

We booked a room, but we never received it, even though everything else was set up nicely on the room we were supposed to have.
The location was good.
“Terrifying”
They didn’t clean our room for 4 nights and they would only change the bedsheets and call it cleaning! For clearance we had make up the room sign on every morning from 6am and we would visit the reception to ask for housekeeping as they never answer the phone. When we returned to our room on day 1 it was still dirty and the receptionist told us they are short staffed with only one person cleaning the whole hotel and they won’t clean our room but they will try their best to do a turn down service. In the pictures you can see a hair in the towel they had changed and dust collected from days of them not even cleaning the room. They also allow everyone to go up to any levels without needing a security card! We had a very uncomfortable interaction with a stranger in the elevator as well that made us checkout 1 night early and of course receptionists was no help and refused to refund the last night that we weren’t there. I would not stay there again
