Very friendly and the cost was reasonable.

“Place has potential, but needs work.”

The location was convenient to the interstate and Paroquet Springs Conference Center. The price was affordable. The clerk was friendly. In room 106 the toilet was rocking, leaked behind the toilet, the tub drained slowly, and the towels had been laundered but had stains.

The place was pretty dirty, the furniture looked old and some pieces were broken, and the grounds surrounding the hotel were just awful.
