Well, the front door staff was rude. Then when I got to my room there were roaches, a dirty bathroom, a hole in the ceiling, and it smelled of moldy water. No bugs, no moldy, water being clean and good customer service.

Overall I did like how the location was right next to the highway for easy departure. For starters, once I checked in I was given a non‑smoking room that smelled like smoke. I asked for another one and she helped with no problem. Second, I didn’t like how check‑out is at 11 am and my room was knocked on well before that. He knocked on my door at 10:40 while I was still getting dressed, and I instantly felt rushed. Third, my room only had one washcloth, which should be a minimum of two in each room.

The price was good, but the bed was too low—my wheelchair made it hard to move from the bed to the chair.

The place was subpar; for instance, the curtain rod was bowed into a U‑shape and the Keurig only offered decaf tea. Overall, the whole place disappointed.

The location was great, yet the rooms felt very stuffy and the ventilation was poor; the bathroom tub seemed slanted and the refrigerator was leaking.
