The front desk was quick to respond and very friendly, and the hotel itself was spotless. I had forgotten to add breakfast when booking, so when I asked at the restaurant in the morning the discount wasn’t offered; that could be improved. Thanks.

Only I like room. No parking first and second not allowed visitor I don’t know why we are now 2026 and our thinking still 1976

My experience was wonderful; the staff were friendly, highly ethical, and very helpful—especially Mr. Mohand and Mr. Al-Otaibi, who were extremely accommodating and went out of their way for my comfort. I found nothing that disappointed me and will definitely return; I wish them continued success. The hotel is quiet, the staff are very cooperative, and I only asked for what was available quickly.

The staff were extremely helpful and generous, making this one of the most spacious hotels I've stayed in; the breakfast was varied and beautiful—thanks especially to Mr. Jaber.
