The staff were friendly, especially the young man who checked me in—he was really nice. Our room had a musty smell; it was clean but still carried an old scent, so I think adding some air fresheners would help.

The front desk was very friendly. I paid over $200 for a king suite, checked in at 11, but had to leave at 2 because the room was infested with stink bugs, over 30.

The room was nice and large, and parking right outside was convenient. The breakfast was fine for American portions. It’s a shame that in almost all American hotels the showers can’t be lowered and you have to shower in the shower curtain, but that doesn’t apply to this hotel.

It’s conveniently located on our route and offers good value. The counter person was very friendly and helpful. There was a sheer curtain covering the whole window, but the side drapes only reached partway across, which felt like a privacy issue, especially on the first floor. Also, you can’t use the drapes to darken the room. We stayed at another of your locations and the curtains were the same.
