I still love the room’s comfort, space, and location, but it needs more care and attention or it will slip away. After many years of staying here, this time I was disappointed: the room is great and cozy, yet after visiting countless hotels, hostels, and inns, I was shocked to find the bath towels were torn! I never imagined that could happen—such a let‑down I can’t accept. I was very upset at Rosa Mística.
