I don’t like this place at all—everything is rubbish, especially for families. Everyone is just drinking and hanging around. The app is a mess, and when I asked for a refund they didn’t give me anything. There’s no customer support system.

The swimming pool was nice, but the washroom left something to be desired.

I stayed without AC, which was a problem.

We had breakfast, but there were no workers at night, only the manager or owner who everyone seemed to know. The staff's behavior was very bad.
