The staff were friendly, but the pictures were very outdated, the stuffed animals were falling apart, the place looked like it needed a lot of love, and the clubs played music all night on the premises.

The place was quiet and clean, but the Dstv decoder remote batteries ran a bit flat.

The location was private and the aircon worked well, yet the coffee was lacking and the milk wasn’t real; the pillows could be better, electric blankets would help in winter, and there was no free breakfast with an online booking.

Bains feels like home to me; I enjoy staying every week, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. There’s nothing to complain about.
