The Deluxe Room includes air conditioning and a wardrobe. It contains one double bed and can accommodate up to three guests. A private bathroom provides both a bathtub and a shower.
Everything except the location was fine—neither bad nor good. The staff were very caring, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it, though the location itself was just average.
Hotel is very clean and it is in a prime location. They have not provided soap and towels even after multiple request, they said no sufficient staff to clean and supply those, initially they offered one room in that hot water facility is not there later they changed. Also after reaching the hotel they demanded extra money for AC room. In it was showing one price for AC room but they denied to offer that
Excellent staff, room service. Hope a kettle, coffee/tea/sugar/milk sachets in room . In bathroom toilet seat and shower area needs isolation with a curtain. Payment by credit/debit cards is not allowed and UPI payments or cash payments are accepted . This is a shock for customers as no where is this mentioned online
