The hotel is within walking distance of Times Square and the subway, but the breakfast was horrible and offered no real variety; we had to eat elsewhere because it was the same bland food every day. Some items were reheated and left out for the next day, and no one checked the reservation, so anyone could eat there. We paid extra for a breakfast that was included, yet it was still terrible.

The location is great and central, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The city views are amazing, but the hotel gets jammed during summer and the elevators become busy, so you might have to wait.
