“Un séjour parfait, je recommande vivement !”
Everything was perfect! The hotel was beautiful, the room clean and cozy, and the staff friendly and attentive. Service was excellent and the location very convenient. I had a great stay and strongly recommend this place; I’ll definitely return with pleasure. The only tweak I’d suggest is making the washing machines free; that small addition would be much appreciated by guests.

The location is great—just steps from the Royal Palace, Myeongdong, and restaurants. The room size and comfort are solid. The only drawback is the lack of an included typical breakfast.

The location was great and made getting around a breeze, with the airport shuttle stop just a short walk away. Our room was roomy enough for four of us to feel comfortable, and the free pool was a lifesaver for the kids on a hot day when we got back to the hotel. The only downside was that, given how many rooms the hotel has, there were only two elevators, so we sometimes waited a bit longer than we’d have liked.

The combined toilet‑bathroom with sliding doors took some getting used to, and the lack of pajamas—only a bathrobe was provided—made me wish for either pajamas or a front‑buttoned robe for more convenience.
