The rooms, facilities, food and staff were all below average, and the price felt like a dive‑star hotel.

Nothing positive; the cleaning lady stole my personal towel.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and pleasant. There were small details in the finishing touches that could be improved.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The staff were adorable and grateful that they were there, doing a fantastic job. The cuisine was delicious and the service very professional. Housekeeping was very well done and discreet. Mr. Director, you renovated the property, the gym, the pool, etc. Thanks to everyone, I had a more than perfect stay. I wish you all the best. Hello Géraldine and everyone else.
