No rooms were available at all, and the staff on site told us to go to another hotel because rooms were not ready; some rooms had AC that wasn't working and there was a geyser issue. They should confirm availability beforehand, otherwise it's a waste of time.

The building feels fresh and well kept, but there’s no elevator to reach the upper floors. Getting into the lobby requires climbing a flight of stairs, and once inside the rooms are on the floors above with no lift service. The interior lighting is poor, and it doesn’t look like a place meant for families.

I was told breakfast wasn’t included, so I didn’t get any. The rooms were filthy: the toilet seat was broken, the toilet itself was dirty, and the windows were cracked, letting in a swarm of mosquitoes with no fan to help. The A/C wasn’t functioning, and the linens were stained—new sheets still looked used. The staff showed me a room that was just as dirty. When it was time to check out, I couldn’t reach anyone even though a contact number was provided. I couldn’t sleep because of mosquitoes and had to keep the kids awake to protect them.

The room was only a decent size. I asked for the bedsheets to be cleaned and for hot water to be available in every room, and the door lock needed to be fixed.

They didn’t give me a room and sent me back, so I had to book another hotel.
