The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the bathroom with a jacuzzi is poorly maintained. The floor and wall tiles look like wood‑effect ceramic in the photos, yet they’re actually wooden planks with large gaps that collect dust and other debris. In the shower corner there’s a crack about a centimetre wide, the window jamb in the bathroom is peeling off, the silicone was applied haphazardly, and the corner shower is very narrow—an awful choice given the spacious bathroom—and its shower head is 180 cm high, which is uncomfortable for taller people. The room is at street level, so traffic noise is audible. The blackout curtains don’t block light completely. The closet is a faux wardrobe with a fabric storage bag, which isn’t very hygienic. A jacuzzi alone doesn’t justify charging 150 € per night.

The apartment’s location was great, everything was close, the owner was very communicative, and the bed was comfortable. We only had a small window, so we couldn’t dry wet swimsuits…

I booked last minute and could access the room two hours after the booking, or earlier if I wanted. The communication was quick and very convenient. The staff were very kind and helpful, and there was free on‑site parking even though I hadn’t seen that mentioned in the description. The setting is tidy and clean, in a central spot in the city. Guests can use the coffee machine and kettle. The towel rack was broken.
