The staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful, always ready to guide you and assist with anything you need. The owner is especially kind, polite, and friendly, giving the place a home‑like warmth. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and well kept, with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness is well maintained, adding to a pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend Arora Guest House to anyone visiting Amritsar, especially if you want to stay near the Golden Temple, and I was very happy with the service and truly enjoyed my stay.
