“Beautiful place to visit and felt really looked after”
Legi was a fantastic host, helping us from the moment we arrived and allowing early check‑in and late checkout. The property itself is stunning and spotless – the best place we’ve stayed at on this trip. There were flies in Kintamani, but the staff handled them well and it didn’t bother our Batur tour or hot springs visit; no flies entered our room because we kept the door shut and used the curtains, and our breakfast was served covered, which was great. The breakfast was among the tastiest I’ve had, with banana pancakes for me and Mie goreng for my son. The hot tub was lovely for an evening dip, and the flies were gone by then. Legi helped us get everywhere we wanted, arranging a Jeep tour for sunrise, taking us to the lava fields, dropping us at the hot springs, and picking us up when we messaged. He also drove us for onward travel, and we felt truly cared for the entire time.
Simple and charming. The location, with a neighboring field of fruit, brought an awful amount of flies.
The pool is warm and very clean, but there are many mosquitoes and an air conditioner would be needed.
“Quiet and relaxing.”
The hot springs pool right outside my door was great, but there were flies, which is expected in the area.
The spot is perfect for climbing Mount Batur, the surroundings are beautiful, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the area has a high concentration of flies due to the onion crops, which makes the outdoor breakfast unpleasant, and one room has a sewage smell.
