The staff were fantastic, the facilities were top‑notch, and we’re definitely coming back and telling everyone that this is the best hotel in Coroa Vermelha. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Close to the beach and a good market, but the power was spotty—some rooms had electricity, others didn’t, and they said it’s normal in the area. At night, people stayed in the common areas chatting until the early hours, which was a bit annoying.

I was completely disappointed. I booked a quadruple room with a balcony, but when I checked in I got a different room: fewer beds, no balcony, a leaking bathroom, and old, dirty mattresses. The front desk blamed the booking site and didn’t try to fix it. Cleaning was terrible—rooms weren’t serviced regularly—and everyone was rude and clueless. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was spacious, but the water tasted like well water—yellow and not treated.

Breakfast was solid, definitely a highlight. The parking situation was a hassle though – if you got a spot you were fine, but if not you had to park on the street.
