Nothing good. The host's behavior was unacceptable. She is an unstable and hypocritical person. I strongly advise against staying here. We stayed in the apartments, paid in local currency on the evening of 10 August. In the morning of 11 August we encountered a problem. The host, Yadranka, suggested a nearby café for breakfast. Around 8:30 local time we agreed with her that we would quickly go to the café, which was 5–10 minutes away, and then collect our belongings. Check‑out was scheduled for 10:00. We closed the rooms and left around 8:30. The café, as well as all nearby ones, were closed, so we had to go to a café 10 minutes from the property. There was a queue and very slow service because it was the only one open. We got our food at 9:55. We were free at 10:00 and rushed to the car to avoid delaying the departure. At 10:04 we received an angry message from the host with a national‑based insult. She did not try to hurry us, but only informed us that she had taken our belongings. She opened the door to our room with her key, removed our items, including valuable gold jewelry, a tablet, a laptop. The bags and suitcase were unzipped and left right on the road next to the roadway. They lay there for about 10 minutes while we were getting from the café. We did not confront the host, while she threatened us with her husband and a police report, and also said, “Leave to Russia.” “This is a very indecent behavior, I reported to booking, and your staff are in the garden. You're lucky I didn't put your staff in the street, because checkout time is 2:10, as I kindly ask you, so you can go back to Russia, you know, and behave that way.” “By the way, there's a camera in the yard. So please take your stuff as soon as possible. My husband is a ranger, so he's on his way back.”
