The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, letting us know when water would be available because the city was short on it. The room itself was decent. Unfortunately, the lobby was filled with staff smoking and guests were smoking in the hallway and rooms, which made me sick because I’m highly allergic to cigarettes. I thought the hotel was non‑smoking, but that doesn’t seem to be the case in Tunis.
