The location is great, and the staff are super motivated and very friendly. The rooms are small but perfectly fine for us and very clean. Each room gets a $20 daily voucher that can be used at the hotel bar or the café below the hotel. Filter coffee is offered for free at the hotel bar every day from 7‑10 am. We missed a small fridge and a kettle in the room, and the rooftop bar on the 12th floor was very noisy.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the manager corrected a booking mistake for us; the hotel is about a 5‑minute walk from Times Square and is reachable from the airport via public transport; the gym is well equipped with the necessary appliances for a decent workout. However, the room and bed sizes are small—our four‑person room had beds so tight you could barely move, even as a couple—and the bathroom door couldn’t be closed.

The hotel’s location is great; we walked a lot, and in almost every direction the subway stations are reachable on short notice. The rooms are relatively large for New York standards. Unfortunately, we only had a very small window with another building wall directly in front, so there was almost no natural light. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were perfect; there were two pillow options. We could get water from the front desk multiple times, and the staff were always very accommodating. It smells, as in every Moxy, very good :) We also had $20 per day that we could redeem at the nearby café, the restaurant, or the bar.
