Everything: the breakfast, the room, the facilities – all good. Perhaps more play areas would be nice.

Cleanliness, location, comfort, etc. The restaurant service could improve. Prices are high for the area, so I would expect exceptional service.
The hotel’s location and its spaciousness, plus the bikes, were great, but the service could use some work; I spent two separate nights here and the doormen were the friendliest staff members.
