The location is wonderful, communication with the owners/administrator is easy, the traditional house has decent facilities. I recommend it. Minor adjustments could be made to the kitchen, such as a brighter light, larger plates, but it doesn’t affect the stay. It should be mentioned in the description that the barbecue is shared with Casa Bruna. That wasn’t an inconvenience for us.

Village Pietris feels like a time capsule, and I hope it stays that way with no paved road, no internet, and no shops. I hope more people preserve the old houses. We’ve been here in every season, and each time it’s perfect. The wood stove heats the house quickly. There’s a wooded area on the right side where you can run, and you can also explore the other houses and the forest by walking on the hill behind the house. Can’t wait to return!

It’s a special place, right in nature, great for relaxing. The cabin is very cute and well equipped. Everything is very clean and well maintained.

Casa Albastră is a traditional house from a nearly abandoned village, renovated with great taste while keeping its authenticity. It’s a very successful blend of the comfort we’re used to and the old‑time features of village houses. Two relatively small bedrooms, a generous kitchen, and a very spacious bathroom. A communal fireplace, stubbornly heating all the spaces, let us enjoy the warmth of a wood fire. The view is spectacular. The small windows of the cottage show the peaks of Builei‑Vanturarița. The courtyard is tiny, tucked on a small slope, but equipped with everything needed for family parties: a covered table, grills. The only disappointing element is not the property itself but its surroundings. The abandoned houses and overgrown courtyards remind of an irreversible path that this village follows. The maintained courtyards and still inhabited houses are few.
