Breakfast was fine, the location was also fine. The decorative barriers around the sculptures in the park look out of place and don’t fit the castle vibe.

The hotel sits in historic interiors, which is a huge plus. Staying in such spaces, surrounded by a beautiful park, and having the chance to tour the castle’s interior make this hotel unique. Breakfasts were good. The most important part of the booking – the room, with its promised size and bed type – was completely ignored at check‑in. We were given a small, narrow room that wasn’t ready for lodging (no fresh linens on one bed, no large towels). The room was a service office at the price of a Deluxe room. After an intervention the room was swapped. The distance between the reception and the castle rooms is large, with no conveniences or assistance for carrying luggage. The room signage is very weak and graphically unsuitable. A food tent spread across the courtyard spoils the historic character, hampers communication, and blurs the hotel’s identity. A bad idea that is completely against the heritage of this class.

Staying at the Castle in Baranów Sandomierski was a unique experience. We slept in the castle itself, in a princely chamber, creating an incredible atmosphere that let us feel the vibe of old times, even if just for a moment. The castle itself is stunning, full of history, and definitely has something special. It’s also worth seeing the exhibition on site and spending some time touring the castle. An evening walk around the castle grounds was an extra highlight. This isn’t just a stay; it’s an experience that stays in memory for a long time. Absolutely worth it!
