The location was great and the staff were very helpful, but we had a problem with the shower that didn’t let water out properly and wasn’t hot; they let us use another room for a shower but didn’t give us a new room, and after a two‑day trip when we returned the hot water in the new room still didn’t work, so we decided not to complain.
The staff really shines at this place. Andrea was especially friendly and kind, thanks for that.

Great spot right near the pedestrian centre. The room was comfy, and the reception always had coffee, hot water, and infusions ready. We didn't try breakfast because we left very early.
The spot was ideal, the room was very large and stayed warm despite the cold weather; there was nothing special about it, but it serves adequately as a three‑star hotel.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent. However, the room advertised as carpet‑free turned out to have a carpet, which is bad for an allergist.
