The location was spot on, but there were a few things that didn't quite work for me.
The room, bathroom, and corridors were infested with drain flies, which made our stay really uncomfortable.
The pools were well looked after too.

“Vacaciones para disfrutar y desconectar en familia”
The buffet had a wide selection, the pools were huge and the daily entertainment for all ages was diverse and high quality—pool activities, night shows, kids’ programs every afternoon, and themed parties. On day one we spotted a cockroach in the buffet area and another in the hallway toward the room, but we didn't see any more during our 10‑day stay.

I liked the location but the staff left something to be desired.
