I found nothing to like about the place; the name alone was not enough. There was no service at all— even for a water bottle we had to go downstairs to refill or buy a new one. Towels were never clean, and when we called reception, the receptionist was never there to provide them. The service was very aloof and carefree. The bathroom was slippery and had no mat, and we had to go downstairs to request bathroom amenities and bring them back to the room. At least keep a better wipe in the washroom so people don’t slip. The only thing worth mentioning was the view of the mountain from the room, which was amazing, but nothing else justified the price.
