“Good”
Everything was good, but the blankets need improvement; I still liked everything overall.

Great friendly staff and a secure location, but the intercom is a bit far from the gate and having to get out of the car to buzz in isn’t great, especially at night; a bar fridge and microwave would have been appreciated, and extra blankets should be added.

Nothing positive; the service was lacking.

There was no reception area, the room felt unwelcoming and stuffy, the linen looked dirty, and there were no extra blankets, so we had to cancel our booking.

Everything was fine, and there was nothing negative.
