I had a good stay. When I arrived, the front desk person was not very nice and didn’t explain the parking situation well.

Getting to downtown from the hotel was easy. The alarm on our floor went off and we got quick information about the issue.

Convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of dressers or chests; the details mentioned drawers or compartments under the bed for clothes, but there were none, and no closet space either. It’s a micro hotel, so that’s understandable, but storage under the bed would have been nice. Also, the hair dryer definitely needs updating.

Convenience, comfy beds, spotless rooms, and a parking garage that’s a bonus. The restaurant offers really good food and variety. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always on point. The building sits too close to the ramp, and the loud mufflers of sports cars merging in early morning are very annoying.

“Good location, Polite staff, poor housekeeping”

The staff were polite, but housekeeping was very poor. Our shower curtain had several holes, the shower gel bottle was empty and it took a couple of days with repeated requests to refill it. There was no hand soap or shower cap, and overall housekeeping was very bad.
