The property is in a very pleasant and safe area. A tram stop nearby allows quick and comfortable access to Rome’s main attractions. Rooms are clean, tidy, air‑conditioned, and guests have a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The host’s hospitality and helpful tips on navigating the city and planning sightseeing are especially appreciated. Marco is very friendly and gladly shares his knowledge, which makes staying in Rome much easier. The only point that could use clarification is the breakfast offer. Based on previous B&B experiences we expected a more traditional breakfast. Instead, there were snacks like croissants, crackers, cookies, and jam, plus milk, juices, and butter in the fridge. It wasn’t entirely clear whether these items were available to all guests or part of the paid breakfast. It might be helpful to clarify this to avoid misunderstandings. Overall, the stay is very positive. The friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, convenient location, and especially the host’s friendliness make it a place worth recommending. The landlord, Marco, and his staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was well connected to public transport. German TV must be brought, as only Italian channels are free locally. Keep in mind it’s near hospitals, so ambulance vehicles with blue lights and sirens are common.

The spot is great, close to a bus and tram stop that takes you everywhere. The owner keeps things tidy, and the cleaning lady came once every three days. The owner is friendly and gave me a map and explained what to see. Check‑in can be done later with a code. Unfortunately, the air‑conditioning was loud and the bed was very small. There was no wardrobe, so we had to keep our clothes in a backpack.
