The air‑conditioner was warm, the bathroom had no lights, and the door was broken and never fixed; at dawn a loud noise from a pump or something echoed through the rooms, making the hotel feel more like a cheap motel; the front‑desk staff didn’t help carry luggage up to the floor because there was no elevator—an honestly scary experience.

Ngay khu vực Vincom nên cũng thuận tiện về địa điểm ăn uống. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, ks hỗ trợ cho mình check out trễ tận 3 tiếng mà phụ thu rất thấp. 1 điểm duy nhất thấy hơi bất tiện đó là tolet phòng mình ko có chốt cài 😁
