Everything went well, they welcomed us nicely. The hotel is well located, in quiet streets but very close to the city center. There was a water outage in the whole city but the owner did what was necessary so we could take our shower.

Everything went well, they welcomed us nicely. The hotel is well located, in quiet streets but very close to the city center. There was a water outage in the whole city but the owner did what was necessary so we could take our shower.

The only good thing was the location. When we arrived the reception service was pretty bad. The shower had exposed wires, so we were scared to shower and only managed one shower. They cut the water for an entire day and gave no solution (the shower, sinks, toilets didn’t work). Everything was pretty dirty and old.

The hotel’s proximity to Old Port was great. It felt very safe, and parking was available on the premises. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a television.

The shower water never drained, the bed was broken, the staff didn’t help and told us, “just move to another room and talk to Booking and they’ll refund you.”
