The room’s location is fine, but I was hugely disappointed. The pictures on the app showed Premium Rooms, yet I booked a Deluxe Room and was told the photos were for a different category and I’d have to pay extra for a Premium Room. That’s misleading. The room I received was tiny, barely enough for one person, and it wasn’t cleaned properly. The condition was nowhere near what the app advertised. I urge the hotel to use accurate photos for each room type so guests know exactly what they’re booking; misleading images set false expectations and ruin the experience.

I always like the stay at fan hotel. Actually I booked for 4 days but I stayed only 2 days due to sudden change in admission process of my daughter. Please let me know the refund

The hygiene was terrible—there were cockroaches and bugs in my room. They should have kept it clean. The name Corporate Crown doesn’t match the reality.
