The place is roomy and the owner is friendly, plus it even has hookups for a boat, but it wasn’t clean—personal soaps in the bathroom were open—and it seems to need some investment to bring it back to good health.

It felt like a countryside retreat in a beautiful area, with lawns and shrubs that were well manicured and clean, though there was no ice machine and breakfast wasn’t served.
This location is unsafe: there are no locks, no staff present, and you’ll likely lose your money and need to book another room—avoid it.
