The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. In the morning, a staff member was very kind and immediately took me to the airport in the shuttle bus. Although the place was decent and comfortable, the price is really too high for the overall age and quality of the hotel.

The beds and covers were good. The plugs weren’t covered, there was an odor in the room upon arrival, and later a strong fish smell entered the room. I didn’t like that there was no in‑person check‑in; I would prefer someone to check me in and out.

The location is great. Breakfast ends too early; they should extend it to 10 am so guests can rest and prepare for the day. No coffee is available for guests.

Staff were extremely friendly and helped with whatever I needed. We were there for my husband's surgery. I booked the room for 3 nights and we ended up being discharged early and they refunded the last night. This was the 2nd time we stayed and will stay again

The breakfast was decent, though the eggs were watery and the menu could use more healthy choices. Check‑in went smoothly and the room stayed clean and quiet, but the door felt like it had been broken into, couldn’t lock the deadbolt, and the latch was loose as if someone had kicked it. In the lobby, the water never got refilled.
