I stayed for one night; everything was great and on time, no delays, the owner speaks Ukrainian fluently. The rooms are excellent. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The shared shower is tidy and clean. I recommend.

The price was fair and the spot is stunningly close to the centre, with everything within walking distance. The room was tidy and the bathroom was in good shape, but the walls are so thin that you can hear everything in the adjacent room, and the upstairs noise at night and early morning was unbearable.
