It was a truly child‑friendly hotel with animation for kids and seafood. Nothing.
The food was spot‑on, but the bathroom smell from the drain was brutal—couldn’t keep the door open for more than five minutes.
Everyone from the kitchen to the cleaners was friendly and hardworking, always with a smile. The entertainment team, especially the dancers, did a great job. Cleanliness was top‑notch: towels changed daily, sheets every two days, and the minibar restocked each day. Food was fresh and varied, fitting any diet, and the bars served good cocktails. The snack bar by the pool from 12‑5 pm was handy for kids.
