“ÓTIMA ESCOLHA”
The location was spot‑on, you could walk to almost everything—restaurants, pharmacy, the beach, and just a few minutes from Rua das Pedras. Breakfast was decent with a decent spread, but it could use a bit more variety. The room was cozy and offered great value, and the staff were friendly. The downside was the lack of private parking for guests; only street parking is available, and you might only snag a spot right in front of the lodge if you’re lucky. I wouldn’t recommend it for wheelchair users because the rooms are accessed by stairs, even those with sea views, which means a lot of climbing. The pool was out of service that day; it was full but needed cleaning. Also, breakfast ran from 8 hrs to 10 hrs, but a 7 hrs to 9 hrs window would give guests more time to explore the city.
