I booked online but don’t know which room number I’ll get. It’s too far from Mall Road and there’s no room service. The room doesn’t look like a super‑deluxe and it’s expensive.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Manali. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view that added to the overall experience. The water facilities were good, with hot water available all day, which was much appreciated. The food was delicious and well‑prepared. What truly stood out was the exceptional service – the staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay. There is nothing to dislike in this hotel.
