The room was spacious and roomy, but the wall‑mounted hair dryer died after about 20 seconds. I told the front desk and they said they'd bring a replacement, yet after 20 minutes nothing arrived. When I went back down I saw the staff scrolling on their phone, reported the issue again and they still refused to give me a dryer until I demanded immediate action, finally handing one over – otherwise I had no idea how long I’d have to wait while my family’s hair stayed damp after their shower.
