The garden was well kept, yet there were dead flies at the entrance all through the stay and the reception was very poorly maintained in terms of hygiene.

The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly, but the pool was dirty and you can’t enjoy it.

Not much to say, but the welcome was terrible and the hotel doesn’t value the guest; there was barely any space between the pool and the terraces, and all terraces faced each other. When I arrived, the other staff didn’t greet me, so I had to call, and when I tried to approach him he told me to stay on site and not come near him in his office. Out of ten rooms, only two were available; I asked him to pick a room for me but he refused because the rooms were not prepared and they didn’t want to clean one to give me the most private one. He said he would give me that room the next day, but when I asked again he said he didn’t want to clean. Later in the afternoon, another guest was in that same room, which I found quite wrong.
