The hotel was absolutely beautiful and I genuinely enjoyed my stay—except for the service. When we checked in, we were given a room that wasn’t ready; we went upstairs only to find the room still messy, so we had to return downstairs and get our room changed. The problems didn’t stop there: when we checked out, we received an invoice for the city tax, which we expected and paid, but two days later I noticed additional charges on my credit card. I called the hotel three separate times to ask what the charges were for; each time I was told they weren’t sure, that someone would call me back, and no one ever did.

I liked that it was central located to everything that I had planned to do. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. -The $100 fee -The water took a long time before it got hot -I was not able to get my bill when I checked out and still have yet to receive it. -The guy that checked me in did not tell me I had a $18 credit per day to use at the bar or restaurant. I found out because I overheard him tell 2 guests on my second day there and when I asked about it he didn’t apologize for not telling me therefore I since I found out late I didn’t get to fully use it all
