Bed was clean. The location and staff at breakfast were bad. The hallway was dirty.

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful location with a stunning Oxm view, and the friendly staff added to the pleasant experience.
“A Mostly Exceptional Stay with Minor Quibbles”
I highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Kalam, as it exceeded my expectations in many ways - the rooms and huts were lavishly designed, the bathrooms were spotlessly clean with hot water always available, and the beds were very comfy. The staff and manager were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even upgrading our room and assisting with our travel arrangements. However, I did think that the rooms could have included a mineral water bottle and glass, and perhaps a tissue roll for convenience.

However, the staff seemed completely out of the loop, unaware of our arrival and struggling to deliver on their promises, like lunch which took over two hours to prepare because they had to go shopping for ingredients.
