Nice place to be

Staying at Anyar Villa turned out to be a wonderful experience. The two women running the place are truly powerful, with big, generous hearts that shine through. They work tirelessly behind the scenes, and their care, warmth, and attention to detail are palpable. You can feel how much they genuinely care about their guests. They deserve higher pay! I felt welcomed, supported, and at home. That kind of strong, nurturing, feminine leadership creates a special vibe. The location is also perfect—peaceful, with only temporary construction, yet close to everything you need. If you stay here, be sure to check out Wide Beans Coffee nearby; it’s a gem! Grateful for this space and the beautiful women who run it 💚

It was quiet. The bathroom needs updating.

The room was fine and the cost was fair. The kitchen was old and dirty; to use it we had to pay extra for a cleaner, who then had to clean and maintain it. Even the refrigerators were dirty, and the appliances were very old. To stay comfortable we had to tip the workers and give them gifts. They do not allow food delivery couriers to enter the room, which was very inconvenient for our long stay; we always had to go out to the main door to pick up orders, and neither the housekeeper nor security would deliver them to the room. The bathroom needs renewal.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and strong AC. The cleanliness could have been better, and I noticed that “changing bedsheets” often meant just re‑making the bed, which wasn’t ideal. A second issue, unrelated to the guesthouse, was the construction nearby—two new buildings are being built right next to the rooms and entrance, with drilling all day, every day.
