It was absolutely dreadful.
“Decepcionada”
The hotel feels very old, and the mattresses are also very old.
“Lugar muy céntrico, bien a secas !”
The location is good, but the floor was full of dust.
“Malo”
The pool was a highlight, but the first room had no toilet, and they offered to move me to another room for an extra charge, which I refused; eventually they switched me rooms, yet the person who handled it—who seems to be the owner—was very unpleasant.
The location is great and the hotel’s internet runs fast; it’s clear the building is being renovated. In the first room the air‑conditioning barely worked and it was noisy, so they moved me to a room with functioning climate control. The second room had no TV, but I was told beforehand and accepted it; the shower pressure was also very low.
