Located between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps, it offers spacious rooms with satellite TV and air conditioning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. We were greeted by name every time we passed through the lobby, and they helped us cheerfully with lots of small things like reservations and rebooking a missed train. The property is beautiful. My aunt compared the rooms to the Ritz. Felt very luxurious, certainly worth the price. And the location is great. Really safe and walkable to all the main sites, but outside of the tourist throng. Would recommend to anyone, and would stay again even though I rarely repeat hotels. This is just about the restaurant in the hotel and not the hotel itself. We tried the tasting menu. It was way too experimental for us. Some very strong flavors, and not ones we particularly enjoyed

The room was excellent, the staff were helpful and polite, the breakfast was very good, and overall it was a wonderful experience.
