The location was fine, but the breakfast was awful with cardboard plates and plastic cutlery, and the weekend delegation made it noisy.

The breakfast was very good and the room was a nice sized double queen, but there was no hot water until the second morning, the hot tub was closed all day, the pool was inconveniently located on the second parking level at the back, the front desk didn’t explain the underground parking system—hotel parking is on the first level and only in areas marked “hotel parking,” not by the numbers on the wall (I spent time searching for room 248’s spot and only learned about it from a helpful Office Towers lady)—and the roll‑in shower advertised in the listing was missing, which was the main reason I chose the Windham.
