“Good value for the money near the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park”

The room was spotless and roomy enough for the two of us, and the fridge and coffee maker worked perfectly; the bathroom and shower were clean and functional. Breakfast was decent with plenty of seating, and the check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. We felt we got good value for the price, and the front desk staff offered solid dinner suggestions. The temperature was mild enough that we didn’t need to use the AC or heat. The sink faucet was a bit of a hassle, either barely turning or full force, which was annoying but not a major issue. The iron didn’t work at all.

The motel was cozy and charming, and the staff were friendly; the chair in our room was soiled it needed replacing, but otherwise it was a fun place to stay. We were in the Elvis room.

“Great experience, we would stay there again.”

It was cute and a great value, but the room had a strong cleaning‑solution smell that only partially dissipated when the window was opened.

“Fantastic non-chain motel with clean comfortable rooms, and enough activities to keep you busy for the night.”

The place is clean and “fun”; we love the retro vibe, the cheap pool table, and the fact that the rooms have hard floors instead of gross carpet. Staff are always super friendly, and breakfast, while not on par with large hotel chains, does the job. We enjoy the outdoor activities and have stayed several times, but there’s never been propane for the fire pit outside the swings. My wife loves those swings, and she’s disappointed we can’t have a fire.
