The cleanliness left something to be desired, especially under the mattress, the fridge was very dirty inside, and the toilet was unclean, but the rest of the place was fine.

The location is super convenient, right on a street with parking spots. However, the rooms are way too close together and the soundproofing is basically nonexistent - I could hear the noise from other guests and the nightlife outside. To make matters worse, the mattress protector had a blood stain on it, which was pretty gross. Overall, it's a trade-off between being in a great spot and dealing with some pretty significant drawbacks.
