I had an amazing experience staying here in the heart of Reykjavík, with everything I needed right on my doorstep. The facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean, and I loved the comfortable beds and fantastic rooftop hot tub. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I enjoyed my stay here, with good facilities and a very convenient setup. However, I did notice a guest who seemed intoxicated and not in control, which made me a bit uncomfortable - I think it would be better if the hotel had a policy against this kind of behavior.
