The hotel arranged a guide named Kinley for a city tour and a tiger nest hike; he was fantastic and I’d recommend booking him. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but the check‑in process was lengthy and took too much time with junior staff on shift.

The facilities and location were good, but the staff were not friendly or welcoming.

Great hotel, great staff, great hospitality team; the food and room placement were the only drawbacks.
